Pharma Service as a business unit within PHOENIX Croatia was formed at the beginning of 2020 for the purpose of unifying all services and processes that we provide both to partners from the industry and to pharmacies. The Pharma Service business unit consists of business development, storage and logistics services, representation and exclusive distribution, and a marketing segment that combines marketing services for the industry and the ADIVA cooperation program with pharmacies.
The department employs over 40 people and is part of the Commercial & Marketing competence center at the PHOENIX Group level. Dynamic business development, strong growth and setting trends on the Croatian market are the main characteristics of the Pharma Service department, which is recognized both by the industry and by pharmacies for the added value it provides. International cooperation with other countries of the PHOENIX Group as well as efficient teamwork within the department are the main determinants of the current and future development of our department and contributions within the PHOENIX Croatia organization.
