Our processes include understanding the needs of our users, knowledge of the market, recognizing trends, the daily monitoring of HALMED, HZZO, MIZ, MINGORP, HUP, HGK, the collection of supplier offers (particularities of each supplier’s range, negotiations), preparing the output offer (strategy, market status, competition), and preparing documentation attached to bills of quantities (in accordance with the Public Procurement Act).

PHOENIX Farmacija invests in the constant education of its employees, especially on the subject of public procurement.

Our international experience, a long-standing tradition in distribution, expert staff, careful selection of high-quality suppliers and our partners – all these are the foundations thanks to which we are able to offer the optimal price with a guarantee of recognizable quality. After successfully winning a tender and signing the contract with a hospital, we carry out further sales monitoring and we cooperate with the hospital throughout the term of the contract.
