PHOENIX Production System (PPS)

PHOENIX farmacija has been participating in various activities of PHOENIX’s PHOENIX Production System (PPS) concept for a year, which includes all key elements of the supply chain in logistics.

The PHOENIX production system is divided into 4 main categories:

  1. •Warehouse management
    •Optimization of working capital
    •Transport
    •Technology and floor plans
The purpose and goal of the concept is the continuation of business development and improvement through the standardization of work processes, the exchange of best practices within PHOENIX Group members and the encouragement of new ideas. PPS is based on Lean principles that we already apply in warehouse operations through the WE initiative, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to improve, expand and apply these principles in other segments of logistics and operations, all with the aim of creating additional value for our customers and employees.
